Conduit Commerce is building the operating system for modern wholesale and distribution. We help large suppliers, brands, and distributors sell into thousands of independent retailers more efficiently across categories like flooring, furniture, beauty, music, and consumer goods.

We’re scaling aggressively and are looking for a Sales Development Manager to own pipeline generation, manage our SDR team, and run the RevOps motion that makes the GTM engine work.


The Role

This is a player-coach role for someone who wants real ownership.

You will manage a team of SDRs, own inbound and outbound execution, carry team-level quota, and take on RevOps and GTM problem-solving to ensure we’re consistently hitting — and surpassing — revenue targets.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships, with direct exposure to leadership and the ability to shape how we scale.
