About Conduit
Conduit is rebuilding the infrastructure of physical commerce. We enable the world’s largest distributors, retailers, and brands to work together in real time—synchronizing catalogs, inventory, orders, pricing, and fulfillment with zero manual work.
We’ve already facilitated $500M+ in sales for public companies like Universal Music Group, Fandango, and Alliance Entertainment—all while operating in stealth.
Backed by First Round Capital, Susa Ventures, and the teams behind Warby Parker and Allbirds, we’re scaling rapidly and hiring a team that will help us build the next generation of commerce infrastructure.
About the Role
We're looking for a scrappy, curious, and relentlessly hungry Sales Development Representative to help us scale our revenue engine. You’ll work directly with our CEO and sales leadership to identify high-potential leads, engage with decision-makers across retail and supply chain orgs, and set the foundation for strategic deals.
If you’re energized by fast cycles, experimental outreach, and the chance to close real revenue—not just hand off leads—this is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect: Use tools like Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn, and cold email to find and qualify high-intent leads across our ICP (retailers, distributors, and brands).
- Engage: Craft highly personalized outbound messaging, drop voicemails, and spark conversations that actually get responses.
- Pitch: Tell the Conduit story in a compelling way—whether on a 30-second cold call or a 10-minute demo.
- Qualify: Understand business models, decision-making structures, and technical needs to ensure alignment with our product.
- Collaborate: Work closely with sales, product, and ops to tailor our approach and close high-quality accounts.
- Optimize: Track performance, A/B test tactics, and refine what works—no rinse-and-repeat playbooks here.
You Might Be a Fit If You
- Have 1–3 years of outbound sales experience, ideally at a startup or B2B SaaS company (or equivalent hustle in another form).
- Think like an operator—not just a seller. You want to understand how businesses actually work.
- Write well. Speak better. Have presence.
- Thrive in ambiguity and builds systems where none exist.
- Are obsessed with winning, but winning the right way—with humility, speed, and curiosity.
