We're looking for a technical operator to act as Chief of Staff to our CTO — someone who can write code when needed, architect integrations, streamline global engineering workflows, and help translate customer requirements into fast, clean execution. You'll be the connective tissue between product, engineering, and external stakeholders — helping us scale with clarity, precision, and urgency.
This is a hands-on, hybrid role ideal for someone who loves bringing structure to chaos, thrives in high-velocity environments, and wants to work closely with both executive leadership and engineering.
In this role, you will report to our CTO (Rahul Sinha) and work closely with our CEO (Rohan Shah), Global Engineering Team (Colombia, India), and our customers.
